Shipping

All items should be sent out within 1-4 days (excluding preordered items being 1-2 weeks), depending on the size of the order/stock availability. Once posted you will receive confirmation and tracking details (please check your junk mailbox), from that point the shipping time is out of our control. Below are shipping estimates as advised by Auspost, although delays are expected due to current high demands.

Returns and exchanges

We are happy to accept returns if there is an issue with the product's quality, however we can not accept returns for change of mind.

We are also happy to exchange an item for a different size if it's not right for you!*

Please note that the item value will be refunded minus shipping costs.

*underwear/swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned once worn, for hygiene reasons.
